  • Interlocking Return Returns: Units are manufactured with alternating long and short legs (typically 8" to 12" on the primary face and 4" to 6" on the return return). This staggered configuration ensures vertical mortar joints never align in a continuous straight seam, distributing thermal expansion loads across multiple structural studs.
  • Internal Radiused Chamfer: The internal 90-degree angle features a micro-radiused chamfer that nests tightly over galvanized metal corner beads without creating high-stress point contacts that induce hairline cracking during seismic drift.
  • True Vertical Alignment: Dimensionally calibrated to within ±1.5 mm tolerance, our corner units establish a plumb, true vertical benchmark line that accelerates the laying of adjoining flat ledger panels across the entire elevation.
